Texture makes your cards look more interesting immediately!

  1. Use the Sketched Plaid stamp set to create a criss-cross design that looks textured (even though it is flat).
  2. With your scissors open, run them along to edge of your paper to rough it up.
  3. Add textured ribbon to the front of the card
  4. Bonus Tip:  Instead of popping up the Greeting with Stampin’ Dimensionals, do something different.  Depress the image!  Watch the video an easy tip for doing this technique.

Have fun creating these with just a couple of colors!  Easily switch out the colors to change up the look of the card.

Choose one accent color and use that for the card base and the stamped greeting layer on the front!

I chose just 4 colors to work with (both inks & cardstocks): Berry Burst, Night of Navy, Old Olive and Lost Lagoon.  These colors work great together and you can mix and match them to make a ton of variations!
