Learn to Make a Pocket Card | DIY Gift Card Holder

Want to create a unique, but simple pocket card? In this video, I’ll share plenty of card making tips to guide you through the process. You can choose to make a regular pocket card, or I’ll show you how to turn it into a gift card holder! 

Cutting & Scoring Measurements

Basic Beige

  • Card Base: 4 ¼” x 11”
    • Score at 9 ¾” and 5 ½”

 

Designer Series Paper

  • Layer: 5 ¼” x 4”
    • Rotate and cut at 2”
  • Panel for Insert: 1 ¼” x 3”
  • Envelope Decoration: 6” x 2 ¼”

 

Basic White

  • Insert: 3 ¼” x 5”
  • Gift Card Insert Option: 3 ¼” x 6 ½”
    • Score at 1 ½”
  • Die cuts: scrap
  • Back Layer (optional): 5 ¼” x 4”

 

Ribbon: 6”
